I have been considering joining a mil-sim group again after enjoying my time as a skirmisher for a group playing Holdfast: Nations at War and have always enjoyed games set during WWII. I really like the concept of HLL as far as being highly squad-based and team-driven. The difficulty of the game caused me to seek out groups where I could learn the ins and outs of the mechanics and find a friendly but serious group to learn how to be a more skilled player that enriches the community both in team events and as a solo player joining public servers. My goal is to find a group that takes tactical planning and the COC seriously while still finding time to crack jokes here and there. The ideal group for me would be friendly, welcoming to everyone, and place teamwork and respect for others above raw skill, being a model for the community both inside and outside of regiment events. I hope the 16th IR fits that description and that I make a good fit for the team.
