Reason for Ban:

Player joined our servers for the first time yesterday and was autokicked for team killing exactly 12 minutes later, and then rejoined today and was auto banned for team killing exactly 12 minutes later again. Clearly these are deliberate actions and that is why despite it being a first time offense the ban has been elevated to 1 week.
